Coaching - For individuals and teams
Coaching is described as “the art of improving performance in others”. It builds current abilities, sharpens skills and helps coachees to stay at the top of their game. Coaching also challenges people to think about the way they do things and encourages higher standards of performance.
LFX Founder Graeme Hinde has been coaching individuals and teams to work more productively for over ten years.
His clients include senior managers from a variety of sectors and his fitness industry clients include UK Active, Matrix Fitness, Life Leisure and David Lloyd Leisure. Graeme also has a reputation for helping individuals to rediscover their confidence when looking for promotion or a new job opportunity.
Graeme's coaching clients have succeeded in securing new roles with the likes of Les Mills, David Lloyd Leisure, Matrix Fitness and a number of leisure trusts and with this in mind Graeme has created a 10-step programme of coaching. This particular programme is aimed at those professionals who are actively seeking promotion and/or new career opportunities.

Focusing on the application of individual talents Graeme takes each client on a personal coaching journey and tailors their experience in order to help them feel more self-confident.
By applying similar principles, Graeme helps individuals to understand their own talents and then helps team members to explore those talents in a wider context. When team members understand each other's talents they perform with more synergy and are more productive. Team coaching is particularly powerful when an organisation is entering a period of change or when the team need to refocus and improve performance.
